We want you to love every set you receive from Press On Club. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Below is a list of what can be returned.


What Can Be Returned

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging (including box sleeve intact).

  • Products must arrive back to us in the same condition you received them.

  • Returns received after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.


Eligibility & Conditions

  • Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase.

  • Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for a refund — if returned, a store credit will be issued.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges — instead, we issue a store credit or refund (if eligible) so you can place a fresh order.

  • Only full-priced items qualify for a refund to your original payment method.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@pressonclub.com.au with your order number, details of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the product.

  2. Wait for confirmation from our team before sending the product back — we can’t accept unapproved returns.


Refunds

  • Refunds (or store credits) are processed within 14 business days of receiving your returned order in approved condition.

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method unless you request a store credit.


Return Shipping

  • Within Australia: If you received an incorrect or faulty product, we’ll cover your return postage. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.

  • International Orders: You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is incorrect or faulty.


Faulty or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us right away with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
